Who This Is For
One-on-one mentoring is for character and creature animators seeking direct feedback on their work and goals. Sessions happen live, online, and are recorded, so you can go back to the notes whenever you need to.
This could help if you are:
Developing a shot and need help strengthening the performance
Building or revising a demo reel
Struggling to identify why an animation is not working
Looking for clearer posing, timing, acting, or storytelling choices
Trying to improve your planning and animation workflow
Navigating education, career, studio, or professional-development decisions
A working animator who wants a trusted outside perspective
No particular experience level is required. Bring a question, an animation, a demo reel, or a longer-term goal, and the session builds around that.
Here's roughly how it goes. We start by looking at what you've sent and talking through where you're stuck or what you're aiming for. From there I go through your animation in detail, real notes on your specific shot, not general impressions. You'll leave knowing what to work on and which techniques to apply, and you keep the recording and notes afterward so you can go back to them whenever you want.

Every session is specific to your animation, questions, and goals. Feedback may include live critique, frame-by-frame analysis, draw-overs, performance notes, and practical next steps.
